The first gathering of certified UroFill® providers from across the globe convened on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Casa Playa Restaurant inside the well-appointed Encore Hotel, to allow each individual the opportunity to stand proud of the brand and to bask in the Vegas lights that they were among the leaders in penile aesthetics.
In representing the UroFill® brand, they were openly committing to what felt to me to be a movement; a more robust and passionate desire to better themselves, but more importantly, each other. I personally felt as though each doctor was beside themself and ever-so appreciative that Drs. Paul Perito and Alfie Saurez-Sarmiento had chosen him/her to join the ranks of the leaders in cosmetic penile girth enhancement—they were (and are) the masterminds behind the event, but more importantly, the concept and innovation of UroFill®.

Each doctor was confident in his personal medical practice and felt a certain sense of pride on how each took the training and had placed a personalized touch for satisfactory care and results (while at the same time, utilized it for a lucrative business).

The enthusiasm and obvious electricity that I could see–that I could actually feel–was the connection each made with the other providers throughout the room. I ran into a few people I had not seen in quite some time and shared countless laughs, and I found myself shaking hands and hugging several other providers I had never had the pleasure to meet.

The room was never stagnant; it seemed to be in constant rhythm. Radiant smiles, satisfying libations, decadent appetizers, men and women dressed to appease the Vegas aura, and likeminded innovators sharing and learning during a vivacious event, all the while, making a point to reflect and remember, the sole reason each of us were present to partake in these fruits, was due to the Paul and Alfie and of course, the diligent work provided by Brett Levitt, PA-C.

Each of us took our turn at embracing them, thanking them, and to remind ourselves they chose us to join them and, thus, to accept and embrace their vision and embark upon the journey with them. I have never seen such energy from Paul and Alfie – they definitely made everyone feel welcomed and part of the club. Old friendships were rekindled and new ones forged, and the brand became emblazoned and flourished.

The collage of attendees was astounding, drawing from several countries: Canada, Columbia, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Belgium, and America. And as always, future prospects/providers were present as Paul and Alfie are literally one step ahead.

My wife, Michelle, co-owner and business partner with Elite Enhancement of East Texas, were overwhelmed with the warm reception from Alfie and Paul, and of course, Paul’s beautiful and warm-hearted wife, Miriam. We had a very long weekend with our son’s last ever “fraternity dad’s weekend” as he is graduating from college at the University of Arkansas this year.

We were disappointed in having to miss this gala. And when we informed Paul, we could not make it, he replied, “well, see if you can wrap things up with your daughter and come on…we’ll see you Sunday night!” I told my wife, “You see, he’s not taking ‘no’ for an answer; he’s not even giving us a choice! He thinks our daughter is having a function, he’s not listening anymore to our reasonable excuses – we must find a way!”

After hanging out with my son, his besties and their dads, as fate would have it, we found ourselves driving 5 ½ hours on a cloudy Sunday from Fayetteville, AR, to Dallas Love Field in Texas, hopped on a midafternoon flight, and bolted toward Las Vegas. And with afterburners blazing, we were “wheels down” by early evening and arrived at The Encore Hotel soon after—cleaned up—and were hugging Paul, Alfie, and Miriam by 9:00!!

With so much hype and energy, yet somewhat exhausted from the weekend and our long day, Michelle and I forgot to take pictures with Paul, Miriam, Alfie, and Brett – or anyone for that matter! But we did finally get to meet one of the newest providers, Dr. Shenelle Wilson, and luckily, I managed to grab a picture with her. We made our way to Dr. Matthew Brennan whom we had not visited since SMSNA in San Diego and finally met Dr. Andrew Vitale from Oklahoma. I was also able to visit with my dear friend, Dr. Ashley Tapscott from Tennessee.

Words cannot describe the feelings. The event was so much more than just a patented technique we all learned and have been diligently advertising and providing to so many great men of all ages. Paul and Alfie had created something different. And we all felt it because we, too, were part of this movement. UroFill® is not just the leader in the penile aesthetic industry; the choice to provide this service allows us, as stewards of the penis professionals, to engage each other as societal members.

We discovered that we are not stand-alone doctors…our job is to work together like a hive–to collectively educate patients, to direct them away from the charlatans and other therapies that are unvetted and that lack transparency, that lack research, that lack passion and caring, that lack patient autonomy and safety, that lack providers that are all board-certified urologists all trained by the same two physicians to keep consistency and reproducibility.

Paul, Alfie, and Brett could look around the room with confidence and know that they have created not just a technique, but a society or university of stewards with a passion to take this innovation and move it to the next level. And like every other person in that room, Michelle and I could literally see and feel the neural buzz, the electricity surge all around us—something was happening – an evolution perhaps?
