UroFill® Shorts 28: How Can I Spot a UroFill® Imitator?

UroFill® imitators

In the midst of UroFill’s® worldwide success, we’ve started to see a variety of imitation brands, often with the word “fill” in their name, try to promise the same results for low prices.

What’s the difference? Quality, expert care, safety and results to name a few.

  • The UroFill® patented girth enhancement technique is the product of over ten years’ worth of research by some of the most distinguished urologic surgeons in the world. Imitators can’t match the time or experience.
  • UroFill® is the only girth enhancement technique provided solely by board-certified urologists. We are extremely selective about who we train in the UroFill® technique. Very few surgeons have the experience and skills to qualify and receive certification.
  • UroFill® is constantly augmented by ongoing research. The only time a true medical professional is done learning their craft is when they retire. UroFill® providers are constantly practicing and training to be at the vanguard of their field and exploring new techniques to bring our patients the ultimate in safe, effective penile girth enhancement.

UroFill® may be imitated, but it’s never duplicated.

Hyaluronic Acid and the Penis

Hyaluronic acid and the penis

Medical practitioners, including Dr. Paul Perito of Perito Urology, have pioneered the use of hyaluronic acid fillers for enhancement of the girth (width) of the penis.

UroFill® Shorts #20: Should I Use a Vacuum Device with UroFill®?

In this UroFill® short, Dr. Perito answers a viewer question about whether or not it’s safe or advisable to use a vacuum device in concert with UroFill’s® girth enhancement technique.

Vacuum devices can be used and in some cases are recommended to be used to be able to loosen the skin around the penis.

UroFill® Shorts #18: Do I Need to Travel for Treatment?

One question we receive frequently about the UroFill® treatment is whether or not the procedure can be performed over the course of a single session.

The answer depends on the patient, the desired girth, and the nearest provider. We have found that most patients prefer 20 units of hyaluronic acid filler, which typically requires between 3 and 4 visits.

Why should you travel for the procedure? UroFill® trained providers are experts in their fields and highly qualified — the costs of going to an unqualified beautician or aesthetic provider with substandard training and materials can cost you significantly more in the long run, to say nothing of the negative health effects associated. If you’re looking to add girth, go to the professionals!

MTP #70: Peyronie’s and the UroFill® Technique

Peyronie’s Disease can be devastating for patients, leaving many with deformities rendering the penis unrecognizable.

As the existing medications to treat it have questionable efficacy, surgery is often the best outcome. For patients who have undergone treatment early, it’s possible to fill in penile defects with the UroFill® technique.

If patients are over 50 or are experiencing erectile dysfunction, we often recommend the placement of a penile implant to restore function alongside UroFill®.

Between both treatments, potent defects can be addressed! Don’t wait until the symptoms of Peyronie’s Disease worsen!

UroFill® Shorts 16: Is Glans Enhancement Possible?

While UroFill® can enhance penile girth, we’re often asked about whether it can enhance the size of the glans, or the head of the penis. While this is something that’s widely desired, the tissue in the glans is too vascular to retain hyaluronic acid-based fillers for an extended period. Other fillers have proven unsafe or ineffective, especially when administered by an inexperienced or amateur surgeon.
