UroFill® in the US

Renowned urologists Dr. Paul Perito and Dr. Bernardo Cisneros deliver a UroFill® short from the 2024 annual meeting of the American Urological Association to discuss the latest in the state of penile prosthesis and male genital cosmetics.

In addition to having over 70 UroFill® providers in Brazil alone, the doctors are training board-certified urologic surgeons in the US and Mexico to add to the ever-growing roster of Stewards of the Penis Professionals™.

MTP 88: Sculpting a Penile Implant with UroFill®

UroFill® in the US

Dr. Paul Perito is joined by his colleague Dr. Bernardo Cisneros to describe an area of urologic surgery that has gone underrepresented: Reshaping the penis following penile implant surgery.

While penile implants are an effective treatment for ED with a low complication rate, some patients complain about their penises gradually becoming more ovoid following their placement. This is often due to either the urethra not being filled or as a complication following prostatectomy (removal of the prostate).

By using the patented UroFill® technique to create a neo-urethra and to re-shape the penis, patient satisfaction rates are significantly higher than in cases where the patient only has an implant placed.

UroFill® Shorts 27: Can UroFill® Be Used For Shaping and/or Building a Urethra?

UroFill® Shorts 33

In this UroFill® short, Dr. Paul Perito describes the process through which his patented girth enhancement technique can be used to shape and sculpt the penis while adding more width. By applying hyaluronic acid, specifically to the bottom of the penis, and using injections to construct a new urethra.

This shaping process is extremely useful for patients with malleable or penile prostheses, which can often look ovoid or less physiologic following the procedure.

UroFill® Shorts 14: Can I Get Girth Enhancement if I’m Uncircumcised?

Girth enhancement uncirumcised

In this UroFill® short, Dr. Paul Perito explains the difference between the girth enhancement procedures for circumcised vs. uncircumcised patients.

While it’s possible to administer hyaluronic acid to uncircumcised patients, it does present more difficulty and requires a skilled and fully-trained expert. This one again highlights why it’s important to only see medical professionals for girth enhancement and other aesthetic procedures; that’s why we only train board-certified urologic surgeons for the patented UroFill® technique–true Stewards of the Penis professionals®.
